Excitement for Bigg Boss Telugu Season 9 is growing day by day, and new names of contestants are coming out. This show will start on September 7th, 2025, and now it is confirmed that popular TV actress Kavya Shree will be one of the contestants.
Kavya Shree
is a familiar name to Telugu television viewers. She was previously in the news
for being the ex-girlfriend of Nikhil Maliyakkal, who won Bigg Boss 8 Telugu.
Their breakup happened just before Nikhil entered the bigg boss's house. Since
then, Kavya has been in the limelight with her bold, controversial comments on
TV shows.
The makers of Bigg Boss 9 are bringing her into the show to create drama and entertainment inside the house, expecting her strong personality and glamour. In fact, one of her reels from Aha’s show Sarkaar 5 with Sudigali Sudheer had gone viral, making her more popular.
This
season, Bigg Boss Telugu is going to be very different as it features two
houses -one for celebrities and the other for common people. The commoners are
being selected through the show Agnipariksha, which was already streaming on
Star Maa.

Season 9 will be hosted by Akkineni Nagarjuna, who returns as the host for the
6th time. With Kavya Shree’s entry, fans can expect more drama, emotions, and
entertainment in the Bigg Boss house.
